Laura’s Yoga Club

Meet Laura, a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, artist educator and early years specialist who brings movement, creativity and connection together in joyful, family-friendly yoga sessions.  Her Family Yoga workshops are lively, laughter-filled adventures designed for all ages. Expect gentle stretches, playful group poses, balancing challenges and bursts of giggles as you move, breathe and relax together.

With music, imagination and a touch of artistic flair, Laura’s sessions invite families to build trust, teamwork and shared joy, whether you’re forming human pyramids, finding balance, or simply unwinding side by side.  It’s yoga made fun, freeing and full of heart, a space to reconnect, move together and make memories that last.

Louby Lou’s Story Telling

Step into the colourful world of Louby Lou’s Storytelling, where imagination takes centre stage and every tale bursts to life before your eyes.

Their Live Story Sketch performances are a joyful mix of theatre, music and movement one-act shows packed with vibrant characters, catchy songs, toe-tapping dance numbers and plenty of audience participation. Designed especially for families with younger children, these bite-sized adventures may be small in scale but deliver big on magic.

Joining us at the festival is, Louby Lou’s charming travelling library a creative hub where stories buzz to life through laughter, learning and play. Expect curious tales, colourful characters and a warm invitation for children (and grown-ups alike) to jump in and become part of the story.

School of Noise

Step inside the School of Noise : where sound, science and creativity collide.

Bringing curiosity and play to the heart of the festival, the School of Noise team invites people of all ages to explore the hidden world of sound through hands-on experiments, music-making and interactive demonstrations.  Their workshops turn the science of sound into pure discovery. from vibrations and frequencies to the way noise shapes the world around us. Expect a mix of music, physics and plenty of fun as you learn, listen and make some joyful noise of your own.  It’s education meets exploration, a place where learning sounds a lot like play.

Sole Rebel

Liverpool’s own Sole Rebel are bringing rhythm, energy and a whole lot of foot-stomping joy to Show of Hands. Known for their high-octane performances and infectious sense of fun, this tap dance and creative movement company celebrates rhythm, storytelling and the art of making music with your feet.

Throughout the weekend, they’ll be hosting a Family Tap Dance Workshop a lively, all-ages session where everyone’s invited to join in. With their travelling library of tap shoes in tow, you’ll learn a few moves, play rhythm games and discover the pure joy of making beats together.

You might also catch them in full swing with their Jazz Tap Jam, an improvised collaboration with a live jazz band that fuses traditional tap with modern flair, or spot their larger-than-life, Tappity Taps characters roaming the site, spreading rhythm and smiles wherever they go.

Sole Rebel brings people together through movement, music and mischief proving that rhythm really is a language everyone speaks.
